6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember preferences, understand Website usage, measure performance, and support embedded content.
Our current Website providers may include Squarespace, META, and Google.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent some Website features from working properly.
Do Not Track and privacy signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for these signals, the Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities.
Review this section before publishing: If the Website uses advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising tools, the disclosures and opt-out process may need to be expanded.
7. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us at info@ozarkreels.com.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue sending non-promotional communications concerning active projects, contracts, invoices, security matters, or other business relationships.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, complete projects, maintain business and production records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable law.
Retention periods may depend on the nature of the information, project requirements, client instructions, contractual commitments, backup schedules, legal limitation periods, and tax or accounting requirements.
Production files may be deleted or archived according to the applicable client agreement. Clients should not rely on Ozark Reels as their sole long-term storage provider unless we have agreed to provide archival storage in writing.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission method, cloud-storage system, or electronic-storage method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send highly sensitive information through an unsecured contact form or ordinary email unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate method.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
request access to personal information we maintain about you;

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may request proof of their authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
These rights are not absolute. We may retain or use information when permitted or required by law, including to complete a transaction, perform a contract, maintain security, keep legally required records, or establish and defend legal claims.
11. Information About Children
The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through the Website, contact us at info@ozarkreels.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The Website may link to or embed content from third-party websites, video players, scheduling services, payment processors, or social media platforms. Those parties operate independently and have their own privacy practices. Ozark Reels is not responsible for their privacy, security, or content practices.
We encourage you to review their policies before providing information or interacting with their services.
13. Visitors Outside the United States
Ozark Reels is based in the United States. If you access the Website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
If European Economic Area or United Kingdom privacy law applies, our legal bases for processing may include performing a contract, taking requested pre-contract steps, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate business interests, and obtaining consent when required. We use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers when applicable.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
